Considering… Only considering

Well the work outs have been going well and the body is starting to feel stronger and leaner.  Yep, even after only a few weeks of work outs you can totally feel and see a difference.  I think a lot of it has to do with confidence and all, but mostly… You just feel better when you are losing.

Now that weight loss has started to slow for me  (There was a point where I was losing up to 30lbs a month) I’ve actually considered trying some of the things that are supposed to aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise regime.  I reading about and considering to buy Phentermine online, but it kind of freaks me out and scares me.  Why?  Because it increases your heart rate.  What was the reason I went on this whole weight-loss journey to begin with?  Because I couldn’t bring my blood pressure down.

For overweight people, why would they risk their health by taking a product that pumps up their heart when it’s probably already struggling to keep up as it is?  I understand the reasoning behind appetite suppressants and the like, but isn’t there a way to do it without making your heart race?

Other side effects to Phentermine are that it could cause you to not sleep.  Sorry, I have enough issues with sleeping already.  It currently takes me 2 Tylenol PM in order to sleep straight through the day after working a 12 hour shift at night…  So I don’t need anything keeping me up any more than I already am.

I think, for me, I’m just going to stick with the diet and exercise.  It does work, albeit maybe not as fast as I would like…  I am seeing a significant change in my lower body.
